Return Policy

Can I return my order?
Yes! If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item is in its original condition, including all parts, components, and packaging.

  • The product has been handled with care. Items damaged due to improper use or mishandling will not be accepted.

  • Products that involve hygiene (e.g., beauty tools, personal care items) must be unused or thoroughly cleaned before the return is initiated.

  • If the item arrived defective or damaged, please notify us immediately upon receipt.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

  • Once received, we will inspect the return within 7 business days and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Please Note: We reserve the right to refuse any return if the item shows signs of use or damage not due to our error.


How to Initiate a Return:

If your return meets the above conditions, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at hello@sleepshifts.com with:

    • Your Order Number

    • Reason for the return

    • Photo evidence (if the product is damaged or defective)

    • Your Full Name and Address

  2. We will provide the correct return address.
    Please do not send the product back to the sender’s address listed on the package.

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the provided address.
    Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.


Cancellation Policy

Right to Cancel:

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s).

However, because we operate on an automated system, your order may be processed and shipped immediately. Once an order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, you must wait to receive the item and initiate a return.

To cancel your order before dispatch, email us at hello@sleepshifts.com with your order number and cancellation request.


Orders in Transit:

If your order has already shipped, cancellation is not available. Once you receive the item, you may follow the return process outlined above.

Bondi Belle is not responsible for delays caused by international shipping carriers.


Refunds:

Once your return is received and approved, we will refund your payment (excluding shipping costs) within 14 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. No additional fees will be charged for the refund.
